While working to obtain my Construction Management minor at MSUM, I had the chance to work with some of my classmates to come up with a theoretical request for proposal for the South and East Snarr Hall renovation at MSUM. We came up with a construction manager at risk general approach and explained how we would carry out the project from start to finish should we win the bid for the project.
