The Parker Residence was the first hand rendering project I had completed. Various finishes and textiles were located from both the NDSU design library and online sources before recreating these materials on the floor plan and kitchen perspective.

The main objective for this project was to create high quality hand renderings based on what we had learned throughout the year. We were also free to make FF&E selections based on our own personal preference. I chose to create a design that was dynamic and had contrast yet still flowed together. Light blue and pinks were incorporated throughout the space with dark elements to create a bold, aesthetically pleasing design.
